Precision Manufacturing & Design, Inc. (PMDI) respects your right to privacy. We will not use, share, or sell any information collected on our website in an unsolicited manner. However, it is commonplace that some information be gathered by pages you visit; at the very least, small text files called "cookies" are used to enable site functionality, features, analytics, or tracking. The following sections explain our privacy policy in greater detail.

1. TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED ON THIS WEBSITE

We receive, collect and may store any information you enter on our website or otherwise provide to us.

 

In addition, our web hosting provider collects the Internet protocol (IP) address, computer and connection information used to connect your device to the Internet. Software tools may be used to measure and collect session information including page response times, length of visits to pages, page interaction, and methods used to browse away from the page. We may also collect personally identifiable information that you provide (including name, email, and communications), comments, feedback, and recommendations. No personally identifiable information will be collected unless you expressly give it to us.

2. HOW INFORMATION MAY BE COLLECTED

When you conduct a transaction on our website (such as submitting a form), as part of the process personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address is collected. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

3. WHY INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

  • To provide and operate this website and it's associated services

  • To provide our Users with assistance and technical support

  • To be able to contact Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices & promotional messages

  • To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services

4. HOW INFORMATION MAY BE STORED, USED, SHARED, AND DISCLOSED

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. Wix.com stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

PMDI does not directly use tracking cookies. However, our web hosting service (the Wix.com platform) does. For more information visit Wix's page on the subject. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it periodically. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here to that effect, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
